Ullesthorpe Church of England Primary School

Values

At Ullesthorpe CE Primary School we have seven Christian values which underpin all that we do. These values are an essential part of our offering here at Ullesthorpe Primary School, and we hope that, during their time with us, children come to know, love and embody these values in their day to day life.

Each half term we focus upon a specific value and the children come to know them well through Collective Worship, class discussion and  a shared vocabulary across the school. Our final value of Community is present throughout the school year, binding our families, staff and wider partnerships together.

Each week, we come together to celebrate children who have excelled in our school values in a special assembly. We welcome parents and carers who wish to join our Friday Celebration Assembly and see how brightly our children can shine.

Perseverance

Suki says: 'We all find lessons difficult but we should show perseverance'

Thankfulness

Oliver thinks that: 'Thankfulness means we are thankful for our food, we are thankful for our equipment, we are thankful for teachers and our school'
